Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
Secure the Packaging
Place the items back in their original protective tubes or flat packaging to ensure the charts are not creased or damaged during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
